Apex was founded by three young architects on 10th March, 1931, Sir Buchan, Ewan Laird & Langham Proud.

Ideals of Apex :
To make the ideal of service the basis of all enterprise. To develop by example a more intelligent and aggressive citizenship. To provide a means of forming enduring friendship, rendering altruistic service and building better communities. To promote international understanding and friendship.
Motion of Loyalty :
We the Apexians of Bangladesh, pledge our allegiance to our beloved country, the peoples republic of Bangladesh and to our President. God save Bangladesh & our President.
The Association Emblem :
This emblem was originally designed in 1931 by Ewan Laird. Its meaning that : The rays of the triangle are symbolic of the rising generation of youth, the equal sides represents Citizen.
